Mr. Gurjit Lalli
Experience : 25 years
Sector : Investment Banking
Gurjit is a seasoned investment banking professional who has held key leadership roles across Europe and the Middle East.
His early years at Deutsche Bank in London were spent in Corporate Finance where he worked on numerous high profile leveraged finance syndication deals. Post the financial crisis, he transitioned into a COO role.
Gurjit brings a rare blend of having a strong commercial mindset coupled with a deep understanding and desire to drive strategic growth through operational excellence, innovation and executional discipline; all qualities that are essential in understanding and guiding clients with their needs.
Mr. Talal Iliya
Experience : 15 years
Sector : Investment Banking
Talal is a highly experience global markets banker who specialises instructured debt transactions. During his tenure as a banker he spearheaded a multitude of growth initiatives in the MENA region and was responsible for record revenue generation for several consecutive years.
He spent 15 years at Deutsche Bank and Nomura in Dubai. He has strong relationships across the regional banking sector, with governments, sovereign wealth funds and key corporates.
Talal also leads the Entropy Professional Services business.

Mark Zanelli is the co-founder of Entropy Consulting and a veteran treasury executive with over 30 years of experience driving financial transformation across the GCC and UK.
His leadership has shaped treasury strategy at institutions like Commercial Bank of Dubai and National Bank of Fujairah, where he built high-performing teams, pioneered fintech collaborations, and delivered multi-million dollar revenue growth through innovative multi-asset class and ALM solutions. At Entropy, Mark brings deep technical insight and a relentless focus on execution—helping clients navigate complexity with precision, clarity, and confidence.
